Flow House is a well-established, holistic psychotherapy center in Santa Monica, known for high-quality, depth-oriented therapy. We’ve built a strong reputation over the last 8 years through word-of-mouth and exceptional care.

We're also entering an exciting new chapter—something new is unfolding. In response to the shifting landscape of therapy and what clients are seeking, we’re creating new offerings to meet the moment with care, flexibility, and creativity.

We’re seeking an Associate MFT to join our team of thoughtful, somatically and spiritually informed therapists. This is a full-time position (15–20 clients/week, built up gradually). We offer a steady stream of clients, dynamic supervision, and a collaborative team culture—plus flexibility and autonomy in how you work.

What we’re looking for:

• AMFT registered in California with ~1000 hours completed

• Training in EMDR, somatic therapy, or IFS required

• Available for at least 2 in-person shifts/week in our Santa Monica office

• Warm, professional, and excited about holistic, evidence-based care

• Motivated employee, interested in building your own caseload
