01. Whole-Person Care

The brain can change at any age. With new experiences and intentional practice, long-held patterns of feeling, thinking, and reacting can soften - creating more ease, choice, and connection in daily life.

02. Brain Plasticity

Developing awareness of sensation in our body allows us to tap into the body's power and recognize it as our greatest resource. No longer alienated from our body, we now feel deeply safe and connected within it. Difficult emotions, like fear and pain, can flow through us and strengthen us - rather than paralyze us.

  • It starts with a personal conversation with our founder, Jori, to share what’s going on for you and what you’re looking for. Jori will then thoughtfully match you with the therapist best suited to you, and you’ll have a chance to speak with them directly before beginning to ensure it’s the right fit.

    We see clients either virtual or in-person in Santa Monica.

  • Our fees range from $150–$350, based on the therapist’s level of experience.

    Associates bring fresh training and close mentorship, while senior and licensed clinicians bring years of depth and expertise.

    Every therapist at Flow is carefully chosen and supported by ongoing supervision — so whichever fee level feels right for you, you can trust you’ll be well cared for.

  • Anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-worth, fear of change, emotional numbness, connecting more to yourself and your body and releasing patterns you’re ready to outgrow.

  • With insurance, you might wait weeks for a call back - if you get one - only to find no one available at the times you’re free. At Flow, you’re matched for skill, style, and schedule fit, so you can start without the frustration of hunting for someone who’s both the right match and available when you are. Our smaller caseloads mean more flexibility to keep sessions at times that work for you, plus the option of in-person therapy in Santa Monica (in addition to teletherapy).

  • Many of our clients have tried therapy, even EMDR or somatic work, and felt it didn’t make much difference.

    Often that’s because the approach was rushed or not adapted to them.

    At Flow, we start with a strong match and prepare you for deeper work, pacing it so your system can fully absorb the change. With the right fit, timing, and guidance, therapy can feel completely different.
